Requirements

• Matric
• SAPICS PPIM
• ND Logistics Management/ Operations Management/ Industrial Engineering – advantageous
• 3 years Production Planning Experience
• SAP PP experience.
• Proficient on MS Office.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analyzing customer requirements.

• Maintaining orders and master data in SAP.

• Updating of SAP daily( Planned Orders , COGI etc.)

• Monitoring and analyzing Production Capacity.

• Participate in preparing the Mater Plan / Forecasts.

• Prepare optimal Production Schedule.

• Tracking adherence to the production plan.

• Communicating with Production.

• Managing WIP and Finished Goods level.

• Prevent Obsolescence.

• Self development.

• Delivery Performance – OTD

• Backorder

• Premium freight

• Obsolescence

• Packaging Costs

• Inventory Levels WIP and FG.
